Compound Fortification & Structural Works — Aden & Taiz
Execution of heavy cement splashing, exterior plastering, and structural compound fortifications using HESCO barriers for secure IOM premises in Aden and Taiz. Works included general contracting, interior partitioning, and specialised administrative enhancements to HR and Finance departments, all complying with international organisation standards.
Building & Infrastructure Rehabilitation Programme
Comprehensive civil and structural rehabilitation of buildings, water well pump stations, schools, and field health centres. Works included metal structure rust protection, solar lighting integration, and full restoration of WASH and community infrastructure to operational standards.
Containerised Modular Offices & Specialised Workspaces
Conversion of large sea containers into fully equipped prefabricated modular offices, specialised workspaces, and containerised camps for UNODC field operations. Each unit was fitted to international specification with electrical, HVAC, and interior finishing works.

Works covered crankshafts, cylinder liners, fuel solenoid valves, AVR calibrations, and regular filter and oil replacements — restoring generators to full operational capacity for critical UN facility power supply.
UPS Backup Power & Automated Solar Perimeter Lighting
Supply, installation, and commissioning of continuous UPS backup power systems and automated solar lighting solutions for perimeters and facilities. Systems were designed for uninterrupted operation in environments with unreliable grid power.
Water Well Pump Stations & WASH Infrastructure Rehabilitation

Design, supply, and installation of a centralised 8 MP CCTV monitoring system with 180-degree coverage, NVR 64-channel recording, and full Genetec VMS software integration. The system provides comprehensive perimeter and interior surveillance for IOM compound security operations.
Automated Security Sliding Gate Repair & Motor Servicing
Repair, maintenance, and heavy-duty motor servicing for 2-ton automated main security sliding gates, including replacement of heavy galvanised steel wheels and full remote control programming. Works restored full automated gate operation to IOM compound access control.
Governance & Community Feedback Infrastructure
Manufacturing, supply, and secure wall-mounting of official governance, compliance, and community feedback and complaint boxes across regional centres and offices. Units were fabricated to IOM specification and installed across multiple field locations.
